Senga Energy is seeking highly motivated Independent Sales Associates to join our team. As an Independent Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills and entrepreneurial spirit to promote solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will operate as an independent contractor, managing your own business while benefiting from the support and resources provided by Senga Energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
  • Customize sales presentations to suit the client’s needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
  • Understand the client’s pain points and offer solutions from the Senga product line and services.
  • Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your own business independently.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technology to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
